Our ACH Service provider, PAYA will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 16, 2021 between 12:00 am and 7:00 am EST and on Sunday, January 17, 2021 between 12:00 am and 6:00 am EST. These maintenance windows will be utilized to upgrade our firewall and database systems.

During the maintenance windows, Paya systems including My Online Reports, transaction gateway, SFTP, and the Virtual Terminal may be unavailable. PLEASE NOTE: There is no impact to merchants using ACH via DCS

Every effort will be made to keep the planned service interruptions as brief as possible. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
