Our provider has identified the issue causing intermittent connectivity failures. They are working on a fix. We will continue to post updates here until resolution.

Update
Most of the intermittent connectivity failures appear to be affecting users in the northeast region of the United States. Teams are continuing to investigate.

Teams are currently investigating intermittent connectivity issues on our platforms. The issue appears to be related to an upstream provider, and we are working with them to address.

This incident affected: Quest Transaction API, Virtual Terminal, Hosted Pay Page/Paylink, Quest Sandbox Testing Environment, Boarding API and Legacy Compass (Legacy Compass Portal).
