Our upstream provider will be performing scheduled maintenance on the systems we use to build files for new merchants on Friday, April 16, 2021. We expect intermittent issues throughout the morning, but the system will be unavailable from 11 a.m. CT through 2 a.m. CT on Saturday, April 17.
To avoid delays, keep this maintenance window in mind when boarding new merchants. Clearent Launch will still be active for submitting applications, but the issuance of TIDs and terminal downloads will most likely be temporarily unavailable. This may also cause delays in equipment deployment.
Our team will do all we can to set up new merchants as quickly as possible, but we do ask for patience for any delays that may be caused by this maintenance.
We do not expect any disruptions for current merchants, transaction processing, or funding.
