Update
The failover of Quest and Launch was originally planned for December 15th. However, this exercise is being moved up to tomorrow, December 10th. We will begin at 7:00 AM CST and conclude by 9:00 AM CST. As before, minimal impact is expected, however there may be a brief period of approximately 30-60 seconds where Quest, VT, or HPP transactions time out or error. No downtime is anticipated, but users who receive an error or timeout should retry their transaction or operation.

We practice our Quest and Launch full site failover disaster recovery plan monthly. Our December exercise will take place on 12/17/2023 at 7:00 AM CST and should be complete by 9:00 AM CST. During this period, there can sometimes be a 30-60 second period where Quest, VT, or HPP transactions time out or error. Please retry these transactions. No downtime is anticipated, but users who receive an error or timeout should retry their transaction or operation.
