Between 10:45 and 10:55 CDT, a partial outage occurred in the Quest transaction API. During this time transactions may have timed out or errored for users of the API, Virtual Terminal (VT), or Hosted Pay Page (HPP). The offending service was restarted and the transaction API is performing normally again.
