Identified

Our upstream provider has acknowledged the outage and are working on a resolution. Users may experience "Card Issuer Timed Out" messages when attempting to run test transactions in Sandbox. There is no ETA at this time but updates will be posted here when available.

Please note that this only affects the Sandbox environment. Production systems are functioning as normal.
